Custom Pants Development

Fit samples are reviewed across the main measurement points, including waist, abdomen, hip, front and back rise, thigh, knee, inseam and leg opening.

We also assess how the pants look and perform during movement. Front and back balance, pocket opening, waistband behavior and leg alignment are checked before the production pattern is finalized.

For full-length and wide-leg trousers, footwear and intended styling can also affect the finished length and hem break. These details are therefore considered during fit approval where relevant.

Fabric & Trouser Construction

Fabric choice has a direct effect on the final silhouette.

Suiting fabrics provide structure for tailored trousers, while cotton twill and linen blends can support relaxed everyday styles. Denim and garment-dyed fabrics require attention to wash and shrinkage, while stretch woven materials need suitable allowance for stretch and recovery.
