Q1 Are you a factory or a trading company?

We are a professional apparel OEM/ODM manufacturer operating self‑owned factories and an integrated supply chain system.
We independently manage the whole workflow including fabric R&D, pattern making, production, quality inspection and logistics, to guarantee stable quality and flexible delivery across the supply chain.

Q2 Where are your factories located?

Our main production bases are in Jiaxing (Zhejiang) and Huangshi (Hubei) of China; we also run cooperative manufacturing facilities in Vietnam and Cambodia to expand production capacity and leverage preferential tariff policies for multiple countries.

Q3 What is your annual production capacity?

Our annual output exceeds 30 million pieces of garments covering sportswear, seamless apparel, denim wear and casual wear. All factories adopt lean production modes and semi‑automatic sewing production lines.

B. OEM & ODM Customization Services

Q4 What is the difference between your OEM and ODM services?

OEM (Processing with Client‑supplied Materials & Samples): We conduct mass production strictly in accordance with the process sheets and confirmed sample garments provided by clients.
ODM (Original Design Manufacturing): We deliver one‑stop customized products aligned with brand positioning, covering design conception, fabric development, sample making, packaging and shipment.

Q5 How do you support emerging niche brands?

We offer flexible MOQ policies with the minimum order quantity as low as 300 pieces per style. Sample fees can be deducted from bulk payments, and small‑batch trial orders are acceptable to help emerging and niche brands launch new products efficiently.

Q6 Can you develop products based on reference pictures or sample garments provided by clients?

Yes. Our design and technical team can draw up complete production process documents with detailed size specifications, fabric recommendations and sewing details according to clients’ samples or reference images.

Q7 What are the lead times for sampling and bulk production?

Sampling lead time: 7–10 working days; bulk production lead time: 30–45 working days after pre‑production sample confirmation. The exact schedule may vary by fabric material, process complexity and order volume.

Q8 Can you provide design advice on fashion trends?

Yes. Our in‑house design studio tracks updates from global fashion fairs and fabric exhibitions to launch quarterly trend collections, and provides professional suggestions on color matching, silhouette design and fabric selection for partner brands.

Q10 What production equipment and craftsmanship do your factories adopt?

We are equipped with automatic cutting beds, laser bonding machines, flatlock four‑needle six‑thread machines, seamless heat‑press machines, automatic sleeve attaching machines and digital ironing machines. Advanced technologies including seamless knitting, windproof waterproof bonding and down anti‑leakage processing are applied to ensure high precision and stable product quality.

Q11 What fabric materials are available for selection?

Our fabric R&D and procurement team supplies premium eco‑friendly functional fabrics such as recycled polyester/recycled nylon, Sorona, Tencel, bamboo fiber, fluorine‑free waterproof fabrics, moisture‑wicking quick‑dry fabrics and thermal‑bonded functional fabrics to satisfy high‑end customization demands.

Q12 Do you support custom accessories and fittings?

Yes. We can customize exclusive elastic tapes, branded zippers, silicone logos, reflective heat transfers, woven labels and hang tags, along with full supporting services such as eco‑friendly degradable packaging.

E. MOQ, Quotation & Logistics

Q17 What is the minimum order quantity (MOQ)?

The regular MOQ is 300 pieces per style per color, subject to adjustment based on fabric type, accessory selection and process complexity. Special processes such as seamless knitting and heat‑press bonding require higher MOQs matching the minimum purchasing quantity of raw materials.

Q18 Can you match my targeted budget?

Absolutely. We provide three tiers of quotation plans (entry‑level, mid‑range and premium) for different brand positioning. We adjust fabric options, sewing craftsmanship and finishing treatments to fit varied budgets and product positioning precisely.

Q19 What trade terms and payment methods do you accept?

Trade terms: FOB, CIF and DDP door‑to‑door full service. Payment methods: telegraphic transfer (T/T), letter of credit (L/C). Long‑term trusted clients can apply for credit payment terms.

Q20 Do you arrange transportation and customs clearance?

We offer end‑to‑end logistics services. Our professional logistics team handles door‑to‑door delivery across Europe, America, Asia‑Pacific, the UK and other global regions, covering customs declaration, duty payment and real‑time shipment tracking.

F. Quality Control & Product Testing

Q21 How do you ensure consistent product quality batch by batch?

We conduct 3-stage inspection:
We enforce a three‑level quality inspection system: incoming raw material inspection, inline production patrol inspection and final random inspection before shipment. All inspections follow the international AQL2.5 sampling standard, and detailed quality inspection reports are available per order.

Q22 What international testing standards can your products comply with?

Our products meet AATCC, ISO, EU REACH and other global standards. We conduct full tests on color fastness, shrinkage, pilling resistance, tearing strength, waterproof performance and hazardous substance restriction to satisfy compliance requirements of worldwide brands.

Q23 Do you accept third‑party inspection?

Fully accepted. We maintain long‑term cooperation with authoritative third‑party institutions including SGS, Bureau Veritas and Intertek to support factory audits and pre‑shipment inspections.

Q25 How do you protect clients’ design and data privacy?

Formal non‑disclosure agreements (NDAs) are available. We adopt encrypted file transmission and hierarchical data permission management to strictly protect clients’ design drafts, technical documents and product schemes against information leakage.

H. Cooperation Process & After‑sales Service

Q26 How do you handle quality complaints after delivery?

If defects caused by our production occur, we will immediately carry out root‑cause analysis and submit rectification & prevention reports. Remedies including free re‑production, equivalent compensation and payment deduction will be negotiated openly based on actual conditions.

Q27 How to start cooperation with you?

Clients only need to provide product process sheets, target budget and delivery schedule. We will propose fabric solutions, issue accurate quotations and arrange sampling plans within 1–3 working days. Bulk production will be scheduled after sample confirmation and price locking.
