Layo Group Inspects Denim Factory to Secure Quality & On-time Delivery

The Layo Group team conducted an on-site inspection at our denim manufacturing base, monitoring ongoing orders by reviewing craftsmanship, product quality and production scheduling to guarantee reliable delivery for overseas clients.

Denim production demands high standards for fabric pre-shrinking, stitching, washing effects and hardware accessories. Our team followed the full workflow including pattern cutting, sewing, washing & finishing and inline quality checks. We verified garment measurements, inspected wash tone, stitching workmanship and trims together with on-site technical staff.

All production procedures run in good order. Every denim piece goes through multi-stage quality inspection to ensure consistent fit and reliable wash finish. Current orders show solid workmanship and stable production speed, and all batches are progressing as per agreed lead-times.

Our in-house denim production line supports OEM & ODM for denim jackets, jeans, denim skirts and more. Multiple finishes are available, including stone wash, distressed effect, embroidery and print. Relevant fabric test certificates can be provided to meet EU compliance, covering both mass-volume orders and flexible low-MOQ runs.

Regular factory site visits form a key part of our quality-control system. We carry out front-line supervision to mitigate risks during manufacturing, stabilize workmanship and stick to delivery schedules, delivering trustworthy denim supply-chain solutions for global fashion brands.
